The IPAF Training Centre registration process is completed in four steps:
- Create an account
- Register your Training Centre and answer the questionnaire
- Pay registration fee
- Audit scheduled
Ongoing portal capability allows you to:
- Login at any time to manage your Training Centre and training staff details
- Receive ongoing alerts to update expired information, with online support available

Step 1 > Create an account
IPAF Training Centre Portal can be found here >>
Start by entering a user name of your choosing, plus your email address and a password. A confirmation of your details will be sent via email.
Step 2 > Register your Training Centre and answer the questionnaire
Using your new details, login to the IPAF Training Centre Portal >>
You may now follow the process to register and categorise your centre, which includes entering location, contact and details about your training staff, and answering a series of questions about the centre and the training you provide. Your answers in this step will determine your category and cost of your centre’s registration in the portal.
Step 3 > Pay registration fee
The cost the register in the portal depends on your category. Costs are outlined below:
Step 4 > Audit scheduled
Your registration in the IPAF Training Centre Portal is complete when IPAF schedule an audit of your Training Centre.
Your registration and compliance in the IPAF Training Centre Portal will allow IPAF Members to find and book training at your centre through their own Member’s Portal.
